Solar Nutrition?

The Earth's 24- hour rotation in relationship to the angle of the Sun's radiant energy causes a frequency-pulling entrainment. a synchronization, that determines the rhythm and survival of everything  that moves this planet. The Sun's angle of light acts as a giant pendulum that comels lesser pendulums to swing in unison, a phenomenon discovered by Christiaan Huygens in 1665.

“We live by a small trickle of electricity from the sun.”

“There are numberless energy rays in the Universe...All rays... come from the subtle nature of the Universe...The interwoven energy net influences the lives of individual human beings, whole societies and entire races...A virtuous individual who responds to the high, pure, harmonious subtle energy rays and integrates them with the positive elements of his own inner being may strengthen his life, enhance his health and power, and lengthen his years" - Lao Tzu [1]

Every particle of energy stored in foods is the result of plant growth. The electromagnetic field of the electrons, especially those in the fats of living plants, attract and capture photons- particles of sunlight.

The combinations of these particles with carbon dioxide from the air, along with the gas nitrogen, and minerals from the soil, plants build their structure. All plants and animals are essentially storage containers for sunlight. All of the foods we eat, including meats, fungus and other animal foods, because the livestock eats plants, and the fungi consumes the trees. thus all living systems are storehouses for the life force of sunlight.

Over millions of years the human body evolved to use these foods in the natural, organic, unpolluted, unprocessed state in which they grew.

The stored energy of sunlight is freely available; for transfer to our bodies.

Learning to understand, and integrate the sources of our growth, Consciousness and the life force that flows with-in each and every one of us, nourishing the energy that permeates from the core of our being, is fundamental towards the maintain balance with our environment, both inwards and outwards. As the Nobel Prize laureate Albert Szent-Györgyi once said :

"The miracle of photosynthesis transforms the sun’s light frequencies into green plants, trees, grasses and medicinal herbs – which when consumed, release nutrients and multiple light frequencies into the human body. In addition, as humans, we directly absorb light energies from the sun into our bodies.

"Humans are light eaters.”

“The cell is immortal. It is merely the fluid in which it floats which degenerates. Renew this fluid at intervals; give the cell something on which to feed (nutrients) and, so far as we know, the pulsation of life may go on forever...”                                 - Dr. Alexis Carrel, Nobel Prize Winner

The Human super-organism is an integral, part-and-parcel of Nature. The process we call life, greatly depends on the dynamic equilibrium, and harmonizing our bodies with the laws of nature.

Vegetation on our planet processes sunlight in three different ways. in order for the plant to grow and adapt, build the cellular structure or form, out of the Sun’s radiation, plant life has evolved three different geometries to process solar energy.

The tree, the bush, and the root (known by forest ecologists as the canopy, under-story, and the floor-subfloor levels).

Anytime - 1 food as therapy

MIDNIGHT TO NOON

The Tree’s strategy is to harvest the 45-degree angle of light in the morning.

“Fruits are not night foods. They should be eaten in the morning, because they are an eye-opener, a tonic, the eliminators of waste that have been produced in your body during sleep.”
  • All foods that grow on trees are best when eaten between 12:30-11:30 AM.
  • Morning foods usually grow at least four feet above the ground

NOON TO 6:00 PM

The Bush’s strategy is to harvest the 90-degree angle of light at midday and in the afternoon.

“The daylight foods are leafy herbs, like lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, cresses, celery, and endive. They are grown in the light of the sun. We do not eat their roots, just their tops. These are very good for tissue building. They make you strong, healthy, and robust, as they are rich in earth salts.”

  • All foods that grow on bushes or vines or that walk on legs upon the ground (beef, chicken, turkey, etc.) are best when eaten between 11:30 AM-6:30 PM.

6:00 P.M. to MIDNIGHT

The root’s strategy is to harvest the bounce range of light in the evening.

“In the evening you will want something to help repair your body while you are asleep. What type of food will do this? The roots that grow in darkness, under the ground, that see no sun, but are rich in earth salts because the edible portion grows in the soil itself.”
  • All foods that grow underground or live or swim in the sea are best when eaten between 6:30 PM-12:30 AM.
