The example of this teenager underscores the importance of recognizing the detrimental effects of excessive sugar consumption, especially from a young age. It is common for us to project everything we dislike onto the external world, allowing us to feel upset about the conditions surrounding us. Consequently, problems such as violence, racism, and domestic abuse persist because, deep down, we rely on them to stimulate our weakened adrenal glands.
